Insurance

At Northern Sky Dental, most major insurances are accepted but not required. We proudly participate with most insurance plans including United Concordia, Delta Dental, Cigna, Guardian, DenteMax, UPMC, MetLife, Avesis and Aetna. We also accept payment from most PPO and indemnity plans. We urge you to take advantage of your insurance coverage before your benefits and allowances expire at the end of the year. Please call our office to make an appointment and we will answer any questions you may have.

Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card. ATM cards, cash payment and personal checks are also accepted. For our patients' convenience we have arranged a monthly payment plan through a third party, which helps our patients receive their treatment in a timely and affordable manner.
